For our warehouse in Krefeld we are looking for an experienced Accountmanager to expand the team.
About Monta
Monta is the e-commerce company that provides logistics for over 1.800 webshops. We operate from 17 independent e-commerce warehouses and take care of the processing and delivery of its customers’ orders worldwide. What are you going to do?
In the role of Accountmanager you have daily contact with our customers (webshops) by phone and email. You answer questions about stock and orders. In addition, you are an advisor to help the customer’s web shop grow. You think proactively along with the customer and the processes within Monta. Monta wants to continue to grow, so your input is necessary. You will also handle administrative tasks. Think about invoicing, organizing transport for the customer (large orders) and figuring out rates to worldwide destinations.
Customers can run and expand their webshop without any worries, while you make sure that everything runs smoothly in terms of stocks, deliveries and shipments. No day will be the same, every customer has different needs and together we will make the best of it.
Who are you?
You are an enthusiastic and customer-oriented person who gets excited about e-commerce and logistics. You enjoy keeping customers satisfied and happy and you know better than anyone how to do that. Your commercial and service-oriented attitude makes the customer carefree and makes his/her webshops grow. You will do best in a varied position at a company where fun and hard work are inseparable. You are in for innovation, achieving goals and you are not averse to a day in the logistics during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday).

What do we ask?
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- You are available 40 hours per week (at location Krefeld);
- You are pragmatic, proactive and have a higher professional education level;
- Communicative and social skills: you have a sense of humor and are an excellent collaborator.
