As we continue to expand in Europe, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial growth in the United Kingdom.

 

As Sales Manager United Kingdom, you will take the lead in expanding Monta’s footprint in the UK market. You combine strategic market development with hands-on sales execution: identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. You are not only responsible for generating new business, but also for shaping Monta’s positioning and long-term partnerships in The United Kingdom.

This is a senior role with direct impact on Monta’s international growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Monta’s commercial success in the United Kingdom by identifying, approaching, and converting new clients.
  • Actively source and follow up on leads through calls, visits, and networking with relevant market players.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders through proactive and creative engagement.
  • Conduct commercial meetings and negotiations, and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
  • Close deals with new clients, ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding and operations teams.
  • Support new clients through the onboarding process, acting as their trusted first point of contact.
  • Work closely with Monta’s international sales team to share insights, align strategies, and create synergies.
  • Contribute actively to marketing and promotional initiatives, including campaigns, events, and trade fairs, to increase Monta’s brand awareness in The United Kingdom.
  • Provide structured weekly reporting on pipeline status, deal progress, and market developments.
  • Represent Monta’s values and high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in all activities.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within e-commerce, logistics, or a related B2B sector.
  • A strong track record in closing deals and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and build long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, proactive attitude, and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Native in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across The United Kingdom and occasionally to Monta’s other European locations.

Salary and bonus:

Between 40K – 50K per year as a base salary + bonuses from 0 to 30% of base salary
